Lists! I love lists! So to be able to make these after each year is damn great. It’s always a thrill of sorts to go through what was released and try to rank them, and it’s maybe even better to throw some of them under a bus.

1960 was a pretty easy year when it comes to what was best as there wasn’t shitloads of releases. Well, I didn’t write about shitloads. There was probably tons more, but I have realised that I will never be able to write about absolutely everything. I’ve for example skipped a lot of the jazz records, as I’m not sure how well I like it. So in that genre I’m only writing about the artists I already know of.
I’m only ranking the albums and singles that I’ve covered here on this site. And only the single releases, not the ones that charted during said year. I’m gonna make some playlists though, and I’ll be adding the charted ones that I like on them. The playlists are somewhere in this post if anyone wants to check them out.
And I’m not gonna explain anything in this post as I’ve already done that.
So, without further a-do….
