The Beatles travelled to Sweden this month, which was their first trip abroad after breaking through. What’s interesting about that is that they only played in Sweden, not in any other country. And they played many concerts there as well.

The Rolling Stones makes their TV debut this month on the popular ‘Thank Your Lucky Stars’ show together with Helen Shapiro and some other unknown (to me) bands/artists.
Booker T. & the M.G.’s deliver their highly anticipated debut single this month. I’m not sure if it was highly anticipated back then, but at least I’ve been looking forward to it.
